At The 4th Brew, every order is roasted and prepared fresh through our roasting partners to ensure the highest quality in every bag.
Because of this, all orders are final sale, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@the4thbrew.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
The 4th Brew is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged, please reach out and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Opened or unopened coffee products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. The 4th Brew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
