Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Rates are calculated at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Local Pickup: Available within 24 hours (if selected)

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@the4thbrew.com if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved after 3 days, contact us.
The 4th Brew is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
